Kyrgyzstani Aizada Zainidinova was detained at the Iraqi-Syrian border. Deputy Ruslanbek Zhakyshov announced at a parliamentary meeting.

«It turned out that the girl, together with her husband, first went to Turkey in order to improve their living conditions. The husband worked at a construction site. The couple was deceived, they came to the border of Syria and Iraq, and the girl was detained there. In addition to Aizada, there are 40 more women from Kyrgyzstan in the Iraqi prison. There are elderly people among the detainees. Perhaps, innocent Kyrgyzstanis are imprisoned not only in Iraq, but also in other countries. I ask you to instruct the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to help our citizens return to their homeland,» Ruslanbek Zhakyshov said.
