The Kara-Suu District Court acquitted a crime boss Kadyrbek Dosonov, nicknamed Dzhengo, on the fact of money laundering. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
The court found Dzhengo guilty in the episode with the land plot, but released him from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

Kadyrbek Dosonov was accused of illegal seizure of a land plot and money laundering. In February 2021, he himself came to the Department of the State Committee for National Security in Osh city, after which he was detained. The crime boss was taken into custody by a court decision. For almost a year, Kadyrbek Dosonov was kept in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security. Later, he was transferred to a pre-trial detention center in Osh.
According to investigators, Kadyrbek Dosonov owns a large number of cars and real estate, although he has never worked. He allegedly registered his relatives as owners of all the property. The member of the organized crime group allegedly invested large sums of money in construction companies.
