The Oktyabrsky District Court sentenced the common-law wife of the murdered crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev, Nuriya Tenteshova, to eight years in prison. She was put on the wanted list. The Bishkek City Court reported.
She was found guilty of money laundering on a large scale. Five units of property were confiscated from her and she was deprived of the right to engage in entrepreneurial activity for up to two years.
From the day of Nuriya Tenteshova’s arrest, it was decided to apply a preventive measure against her in the form of detention in the institution No. 21 of the State Penitentiary Service, after which she will be transferred to the appropriate institution for serving her sentence. The court assigned the organization of the search to the Department of the State Committee for National Security for Chui region.
The Kolbaev family’s lawyer noted in a conversation with 24.kg news agency that the crime boss has only one widow — Nuraiym Mambetalieva.
«Kamchi Kolbaev lived with one wife — Nuraiym Mambetalieva, and he had one family. The widow does not know who Tenteshova was. Everyone knows Mambetalieva as his official wife, now a widow. Kamchi Kolbaev attended all events together with Nuraiym Mambetalieva and their children,» the lawyer noted.
The court also sentenced Kamchi Kolbaev’s mother Maya Alieva to seven years in prison and confiscated 13 units of property, including the house in which she lives.
