New Deputy Ministers of Health appointed in Kyrgyzstan

Ulan Sadykov, Bubuzhan Arykbaeva and Zharkynbek Kasymbekov have been appointed as Deputy Ministers of Health of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

The corresponding decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.

Ulan Sadykov was the Deputy Chief Physician for Surgery at the National Center for Maternal and Child Welfare. Bubuzhan Arykbaeva worked as the head of the Department for Prevention of Non-Communicable Diseases and Sanitary Supervision. Zharkynbek Kasymbekov was a rector of the International Medical University, and from 2018 to 2020 — a lecturer at Manas Kyrgyz-Turkish State University.

He was a defendant in a criminal case under the article «Abuse of official position» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court found Zharkynbek Kasymbekov guilty. He was fined 300,000 soms in favor of the state. Zharkynbek Kasymbekov was also dismissed from the post of Chief Physician of the Ambulance Station for absenteeism.

Earlier, all three deputy ministers of health — Uluk-Bek Bekturganov, Zhalalidin Rakhmatullaev and Zhaparkul Tashiev — were dismissed from their posts.
