At least 142 facts of violence against minors were registered for the first quarter of 2022. Press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, 32 cases are being investigated, 68 were sent to court.
The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that 55 cases out of 142 were of sexual nature. Some 18 of them are sexual violence.
