Own sources informed 24.kg news agency that the incident occurred in Kok-Talaa village, Kadamdzhai district of Kyrgyzstan.
«The parents of the child divorced, after that the mother decided to vent her anger on her daughter. «A resident of Kadamdzhai district turned to the police on January 27. He told that he lived with a woman. The man wrote in the statement that his ex-wife had beaten their two-year-old daughter, and demanded to take action against her. The latter admitted that she really beat her daughter, filmed it and sent it to her husband via WhatsApp on January 5. A forensic medical, forensic psychological and psychiatric examination was appointed. A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Torture» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the department said.
