A regular meeting of the Anti-Corruption Business Council takes place at Ala-Archa state residence today.
Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov said that in the future Kyrgyzstan would independently develop such large deposits as Andash and Taldy-Bulak within the framework of Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding Company.
«The President showed how to fight corruption using the example of Kumtor. The head of state put the interests of the country above big money. In the end, we won. We have nationalized all of Kumtor’s machinery and assets. This field will serve us for a long time. Now, within the framework of the Heritage of Great Nomads Holding, we ourselves will develop such large deposits as Andash, Taldy-Bulak. Gold is a resource, value of which is constantly growing. Money is a tool that must be covered from all sides. To do this, it is necessary to introduce mechanisms,» Akylbek Japarov said.
