In the future, the online retailer plans to add spare parts for trucks and commercial vehicles to the catalog.
The new service will help attract sellers of a specialized assortment and significantly expand it, including through parallel import sales, the press service notes.
In addition, Wildberries has increased the range of auto products itself, there are more than 2.2 million of them now. The company plans to expand its product range two more times this year.
«We launched sales of auto products in 2020 and we see that buyers’ interest in them is growing dynamically. In 2021, the turnover in this category on Wildberries grew by 205 percent year-on-year, and in the first quarter of 2022 — by 223 percent year-on-year,» the company’s press service said.
