The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a resolution on creation of a public commission to study the causes and conditions of the plane crash in Dachi SU village. Sadyr Japarov wrote about it on his Facebook page.
The formed public commission will study the causes and conditions of Boeing-747 cargo plane crash that occurred on January 16, 2017 in Dachi SU village.
Its members are invited to:
- Develop and approve the rules of work of the public commission;
- Periodically inform the media about their work.
«Administrations, the Presidential Executive Office, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the State Committee for National Security, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ministries, administrative departments, the state administration of Sokuluk district and the Presidential Envoy to Chui region have to provide all possible assistance in the study of the plane crash by the public commission, upon request, promptly provide all the necessary materials and documents for its work,» the decree says.
The public commission has the right, if necessary, to involve specialists from ministries, the State Committee for National Security, administrative departments, other state bodies, independent experts and citizens to resolve issues that arise in the course of work.
The public commission must provide a conclusion on the circumstances, causes and conditions that led to the plane crash, and proposals for a comprehensive solution of the problems of residents of Dacha SU before November 1, 2022.

- Dinara Oshurakhunova, human rights activist (by agreement);
- Mukhammedali Toktakunov, investigative journalist (as agreed);

Boeing 747 transport and cargo aircraft, which was flying from Hong Kong to Istanbul, crashed on January 16, 2017, killing 35 citizens of Kyrgyzstan and 4 crew members — citizens of Turkey.
