Leader of Iran Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Press service of the head of state reported.
«Proclamation of Kyrgyzstan’s independence opened a new stage in the longstanding relations between the two peoples, rooted in the history and culture of the region, and brought them even closer than ever before. The common national traditions are a huge asset that forms the basis of mutual relations,» Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi said.
For 30 years of diplomatic relations, significant efforts have been made to expand bilateral interaction.
«Relations between the two states cover a wide range of issues, which resulted in signing of more than 120 documents on cooperation at the state, regional, interagency, governmental and private levels,» the congratulatory message says.
Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi invited Sadyr Japarov to visit Tehran and wished the people of Kyrgyzstan pride and prosperity.
