Yerlan Zhamankulov has been appointed a Spokesman for the Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Talant Mamytov. Press service of the Parliament reported.
Yerlan Zhamankulov previously worked at State Residence No. 1 of the Department of Presidential Affairs. In 2016-2020, he served as a Spokesman for the Worldwide National Wrestling Federation Kulatuu Ertaymash WEF GLOBAL.
