President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to the Head of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. «Over the past time, Russian-Kyrgyz relations have reached the level of strategic partnership and alliance. A meaningful political dialogue and fruitful cooperation in various fields are developing. Moscow and Bishkek effectively interact within the framework of the EurAsEC, the CSTO, the CIS, the SCO and other multilateral structures. I am sure that by joint efforts we will ensure further development of the entire range of bilateral relations for the benefit of our friendly peoples, in the interests of strengthening regional stability and security,» the message says.
Vladimir Putin wished Sadyr Japarov good health and success, and the people of Kyrgyzstan — peace and prosperity.
