An Anti-Crisis Committee was formed by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for prompt response to socio-economic challenges. Press service of the government reported.
The decision was made in order to implement the presidential decree on approval of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026 dated October 12, 2021 No. 435.
«Its main task is to create an anti-crisis management in order to promptly respond to events taking place in the world that have a negative impact on the socio-economic development of the country,» the statement says.
Akylbek Japarov became the head of the committee. Its structure also includes a number of heads of profile state bodies.
Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers has already begun to take the first steps to minimize impact of the crisis on the economy.
