The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan sells refined gold bars on the domestic market of the republic from February 1, 2022. Website of the central bank says.
The refined gold bars are made by Kyrgyzaltyn JSC weighing from 10,900 to 13,400 grams with a chemically pure base metal content of at least 99.95 percent of the ligature mass of the ingot. Selling price is set by the National Bank individually for each refined gold bar in soms and is published daily on the official website of the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic.
The National Bank does not buy the refined gold bars back.
The refined gold bars are sold to individuals and legal entities (except for gold producers and processors) by the group in non-cash form by transferring money to the National Bank’s account. The ingots are sold with the manufacturer’s certificate confirming quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the bar and a sales receipt.
