Tajik military opened fire at a civilian in Maksat village, Leilek district of Kyrgyzstan. Head of the village Kubat Nyshanov confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the Tajik military fired in the direction of a water truck.
«They shot at the driver. We do not know the reason yet. It is only known that all this happened on the territory of Kyrgyzstan,» Kubat Nyshanov noted.
