Young Kyrgyzstanis win medals at Central Asian Fencing Championship

The national fencing team of Kyrgyzstan (epee program) took part in the Open Championship of Central Asia among children born in 2008-2009 and younger, which was held in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) on December 15-17. The Fencing Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic informed 24.kg news agency.

Daniel Bulanov took the second place, Yuri Novikov and Aliya Mamyrova — the third.

Kyrgyzstanis Daniel Bulanov, Yuri Novikov, Aydin Atakozuev, Bektur Toktobekov took the third place among the boys’ teams.

The Federation noted that it was the first participation of children’s team of Kyrgyzstan in competitions of such level.
