Employees of the Department for Combating Smuggling and Violations of Customs Regulations of the State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan detained a large batch of smuggled cigarettes. Press service of the state agency reported.
«A vehicle was detained on November 5 on the territory of Dostuk checkpoint, which was heading from Uzbekistan to the address of a resident of the Kyrgyz Republic. PLATINUM SEVEN cigarettes in an especially large volume were found during the inspection of vehicle. At the same time, goods that were actually absent were declared in the shipping documents — «bonded fabric» with a total weight of 16 tons,» the statement says.
