Child Rights Defenders’ League NGO and Center for Development and Protection of Vulnerable Populations began collecting money for Kyrgyzstanis evacuated from Ak-Sai village. Official page of Child Rights Defenders’ League on Facebook says.
The head of the foundation, Nazgul Turdubekova, told 24.kg news agency that the evacuees need basic necessities, baby food, diapers, and clothes.
«They are likely to stay in Batken for a few more days until the situation calms down. The people left their houses without necessary things. Food products are provided by the Red Crescent Society and the Ministry of Emergency Situations,» she noted.
