The Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek is considering a criminal case on the murder of 19-year-old Burulai Turdalieva.
During the trial, the defendant Marsbek Bodoshev pleaded partially guilty. According to him, he really kidnapped the girl, but did not kill her. «I partially admit guilt. I abducted her, but by mutual agreement,» he said.
The second defendant, Akmat Seitov, accused of complicity in the abduction of the bride, did not admit his guilt.
Recall, on May 27, 19-year-old Burulai Turdalieva was killed at police station of Zhaiyl district. Mars Bodoshev, who abducted the girl with an intention of forcing her into marriage, stabbed first her with a knife and then himself.
At least 23 police officers got disciplinary punishment up to dismissal.
