MES of Kyrgyzstan, OSCE Office in Bishkek sign cooperation plan for 2026

Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan Kanatbek Chynybaev met with the Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, Volker Frobarth.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the parties discussed the current state and priorities of cooperation in emergency prevention and response, disaster risk reduction, and strengthening the ministry’s capacity.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a cooperation plan for 2026. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic expressed gratitude to the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek and confirmed its interest in strengthening cooperation.
