The Government of Kyrgyzstan decided on its authorized representative in Osh region. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers informed 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the day before, the Prime Minister Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev signed an order appointing Uzarbek Zhylkybaev the plenipotentiary representative of the government in Osh region. The official has already been introduced to the staff.
Recall, the previous plenipotentiary representative Taalaibek Sarybashov became the mayor of Osh.
In October 2016, Uzarbek Zhylkybaev became a member of Parliament from the political party SDPK. In March 2017, by the decree of the Prime Minister, he was appointed the plenipotentiary representative of the government in Issyk-Kul region.
