Compared with the same period of the last year, the volume of transfers grew by $ 51.6 million. At the same time, most of the funds were transferred from Russia — $ 486 million. In addition, in March 2018, the inflow of remittances amounted to $ 188.4 million. The indicator grew by $ 26.7 million for a month.
At least $ 105.9 million was sent from Kyrgyzstan to other countries for the first quarter of 2018. Thus, the net inflow of remittances is estimated at $ 390 million.
