The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov arrived in Astana to participate in the first consultative meeting of the heads of Central Asian states.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev met Sooronbai Jeenbekov at the international airport of Kazakhstan.
Recall, the presidents of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will meet in Astana. The head of parliament represents Turkmenistan. Adoption of a joint declaration of the heads of state is expected following the meeting.
