Kyrgyzstan rises from 98th to 34th place in information openness ranking

“Kyrgyzstan ranked 34^th in the information openness rating, while the year before we took 98^th place,” Sapar Isakov, the head of the Presidential Administration, said at an international conference on Taza Koom project.

“The presidential and government offices have formed administrative and organizational structures – the Council and the executive committee of Taza Koom, representatives of civil and business communities prepared the concept of the program. And, most importantly, there is a favorable environment, freedom of speech and the press,” the head of the Presidential Administration said.
