Bishkek among top 10 CIS cities popular with Russian tourists

Bishkek is among the top 10 CIS cities which are popular with Russian tourists for traveling during May holidays. Analytical agency TurStat reported.

The rating is reportedly based on the analysis of the data of online hotel reservation systems.

Minsk, Tbilisi, Almaty, Baku, Astana, Yerevan, Kiev, Tashkent, Bishkek and Chisinau are the top ten cities of the CIS, popular with Russian tourists in 2017.

According to TurStat, during the tours around Kyrgyzstan, Russian tourists stay in Bishkek on average for 1.5 days and pay for hotel accommodation less than $ 35 per day.
