Zhyldyz Mambetova has been appointed Deputy Presidential Envoy to Naryn region. The order was signed by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
By another order, Ularbek Ismailov has been appointed First Deputy Presidential Envoy to Jalal-Abad region.
