The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan has become the owner of 100 percent of the shares of National Investment Fund OJSC, the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reported.
The transaction took place on February 19. Previously, the fund’s sole shareholder was the State Property Management Agency.
A total of 10.01 million common shares were transferred to the ministry’s ownership. The nominal value of the securities package amounts to 1,001 billion soms.
