Altynbek Kylychbaev recognized as elected deputy of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan

The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) has summed up the results of the early elections of a deputy of the Parliament in Suzak constituency No. 13. The CEC website says.

It is noted that 15 candidates for the mandate were registered in the early elections, but seven candidates took part in them.

At least 21,057 voters, or 16.92 percent of those included in the voter lists in the constituency, voted in the early elections.

Altynbek Kylychbaev won the most votes — 10,174 (48.32 percent). He was recognized by the Central Election Commission as a deputy of the Parliament.

Altynbek Kylychbayev is 47 years old. The CEC website says that he is the deputy director of the Jalal-Abad sanatorium. It is known from open sources that in 2015 he ran for Parliament from Respublika Ata Zhurt party. He was second on the list of candidates. The political organization entered the Parliament, but Altynbek Kylychbaev was excluded from the list after the elections together with more than 50 other candidates.

Early elections of a deputy were held on September 22. The seat became vacant after MP Tazabek Ikramov, elected in this constituency, voluntarily gave up his mandate.
