Kyrgyzstan pavilion opened at VDNKh in Moscow

The official opening of Kyrgyzstan pavilion at VDNKh (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy) took place in Moscow. The press service of the presidential administration reported.

Speaking at the event, the Presidential Affairs Manager Kanybek Tumanbaev noted the significance of the event for the country’s cultural sphere. He emphasized that the pavilion would become a place, where Russians would be able to get acquainted with the traditions, achievements and culture of the Kyrgyz Republic.

«Within the walls of Kyrgyzstan pavilion, Moscow residents and guests of the capital will be able to learn about the traditions, achievements and successes of modern Kyrgyzstan, as well as immerse themselves in the environment of our national culture and identity,» he said.

Kanybek Tumanbaev noted that the project was implemented thanks to the initiative of the heads of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, as well as the desire to strengthen the historically established friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries. He also expressed gratitude to the leadership of Russia and Moscow for their assistance in the restoration of the pavilion.

The pavilion has undergone repair and restoration work.

Export-oriented goods and information about Kyrgyzstan, its history, culture and nature will be presented there.
