Deputy Dastan Bekeshev proposed the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of Kyrgyzstan at a meeting of Parliament to send citizens to community service for throwing garbage in the wrong place.
Raising fines for such a violation does not yield results, he said.
The MP asked the ministry to develop a bill allowing to punish citizens with community service.
