Halyk Bank and FinanceCreditBank have received permits for new financial transactions. The decisions were approved by the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The central bank has permitted Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC to issue electronic money. The instrument will allow the commercial bank to provide digital financial services to clients.
The National Bank has also issued a permit to FinanceCreditBank OJSC for conducting transactions with precious metals. This commercial bank will be able to carry out transactions with refined standard and weighted bullions from other issuers in both cash and non-cash forms.
