A book of condolences has been opened at the Embassy of Iran in Bishkek in connection with the death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their accompanying delegation. The diplomatic mission reported.
One of three helicopters from the motorcade of the country’s President Ebrahim Raisi disappeared in Iran on May 19. The President, the Governor of East Azerbaijan Province and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian were on board. According to preliminary reports, the helicopter «made a hard landing» in the northwest of the country. Search teams found the crash site of the helicopter on May 20.
