More than 2,000 policemen will protect public order during Nooruz celebration. At least 1,500 of them will ensure public order in Bishkek. The press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek reported.
According to it, police officers are switching to high level of alert.
«The main events will take place on the central square Ala-Too,» the statement says.
The Main Internal Affairs Department reminds that if you have become a victim of criminals or an eyewitness to illegal actions, immediately report to the nearest police officer or by calling the 24-hour short number 102.
