The Leninsky District Court of Bishkek chose a preventive measure for a mother who left her newborn child near a fence in Archa-Beshik housing estate. The press service of the district police department informed 24.kg news agency.
The young woman will be under house arrest.
On November 19, at about 10.45 p.m., the 102 service received information that a newborn was found in a box, wrapped in a plastic bag, in Archa-Beshik residential area, near the fence of one of the private houses on Kara-Kuzhur Street. A pre-investigation check was launched. Police officers brought the mother of the child, 20, to the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department.
