Registration of Kyrgyzstanis wishing to perform hajj to the holy places of Mecca and Medina has been completed. The Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (SDMK) reported.
According to the SDMK, all of them made an initial payment to RSK Bank.
About 6,524 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic made an initial payment to the bank in the amount of $2,000 and irrevocably 1,000 soms each.
The hajj quota for Kyrgyzstan for 2024 is 6,060 people. According to the muftiyat, 500 of them remain in reserve.
