President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov held talks with the President of France Emmanuel Macron as part of his working visit to Paris. The press service of the head of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
They discussed current areas of Kyrgyz-French cooperation, as well as prospects for further interaction. The leaders of the countries expressed their readiness to build up bilateral relations and bring them to the level of partnership, including in the transport, trade and economic spheres.
The President of France noted the intensification of cooperation in such priority areas as energy industry as a positive example, especially mentioning the intention of the French companies Electricite de France and Total to work in Kyrgyzstan.
Sadyr Japarov invited Emmanuel Macron to visit Kyrgyzstan. «The invitation was accepted with gratitude,» the press service noted.
