A three-year-old girl was kidnapped in Bishkek on October 9. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Sverdlovsky district of the capital confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
According to it, the girl’s mother contacted the police and said that the child had been kidnapped by unknown people in one of the halls of the shopping center on Zhibek Zholu Avenue.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 165 «Kidnapping» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The staff of the capital’s police was put on alert. As a result of the search, two suspects were brought to law enforcement agencies — 13-year-old T.A. and 25-year-old R.M. Details of the incident are being clarified.
