Store turned into school for 180 children in Ak-Kochkor village

A store building was turned into a school in Ak-Kochkor village, Dzheti-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul region. Deputy Arslanbek Maliev announced at a joint meeting of Eldik parliamentary group together with Alliance, Yntymak, Butun Kyrgyzstan and Yiman Nuru parliamentary factions.

«They have a hall. It was divided into two parts by a curtain. When will you build a school for them?» the deputy asked.

Minister of Education and Science Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva said that 180 children learn in the building. The non-operating store was turned into a school in 2007. A land plot has been already allocated, on which it is planned to construct an extension to the building.

«An extension is not needed. They need a new school,» Arslanbek Maliev said.

The head of Gosstroy Myrzabek Zhyparkulov promised that the construction of a school in Ak-Kochkor village would be included in the title list for next year.
