Kyrgyz athletes Aiperi Medet kyzy and Aisuluu Tynybekova competed in the quarter finals of the Asian Games in China. The Games’ website reports.
Aiperi Medet kyzy (up to 76 kilograms) defeated an athlete from Vietnam, and Aisulu Tynybekova (up to 62 kilograms) lost to her opponent from Japan.
In addition to Aiperi Medet kyzy, Kyrgyzstani Bekzat Almaz uulu also reached the semifinals.
Nurzat Nurtaeva (up to 68 kilograms) will compete with a Kazakh athlete for reaching the 1/2 finals.
