The court sentenced Esifir Kasymova to three years in prison and imposed probation for a year on her. Activist Nurlan Motuev commented on the completion of the criminal case against the woman, who organized a scandalous attack on his house, to 24.kg news agency.
«In January of this year, some Esifir Kasymova filed a false report of rape against me. On February 9, my house was attacked. Kasymova and her accomplices broke the gate and went on rampage in the yard. Unfortunately for her, the camera recorded what happened. For example, her accomplices tried to steal my car, and when that didn’t work, citizen Kasymova hit the car several times with a crowbar. I was at home at the time and called the police. They came within ten minutes, but right before their arrival the attackers disappeared. In court, I asked Kasymova what would happen if I left the house. She cynically replied that she would kill me,» he said.
The activist told about the outcome of the criminal case.
«Yesterday the court sentenced the woman to three years in prison. However, the court took into account the fact that I forgave her, so she was sentenced to a year of probation. Additionally, she will have to pay the state a fine of 50,000 soms,» Motuev told.
