Functionalities of the Veterinary Service and the Department of Chemicalization, Protection and Plant Quarantine on issuing electronic veterinary and phytosanitary certificates have been put into commercial operation since September 1, 2023. Single Window Center in Foreign Trade state enterprise under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce reported.
Applications for veterinary and phytosanitary certificates can be filed in two ways — through an operator in the service centers for entrepreneurs in Bishkek and Osh or independently.
If a businessman wants to apply on his or her own, they need to register on the official website of the system. To do this, go from the main page to the section «Login through public services». Next, you need to choose one of the methods of authorization on the public services portal. After successful authorization, the user will automatically be returned to the website of the system, where an account will be created.
