According to the results of January — July 2023, tax revenues from casinos amounted to 31,500 million soms. The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan provided such data.
Recall, the first and only license to operate a casino in Kyrgyzstan was issued in early May.
In addition, 1,050 million soms to the treasury came from the work of betting offices and sweepstakes.
Thus, in just seven months of this year, the country’s budget was replenished by 32,550 million soms from gambling activities.
