Athletes of the Specialized Children’s and Youth School of the Olympic Reserve of Sports Games took the third place in the team standings, in women’s and men’s pairs at the regional championship in Tajikistan. Press service of the City Hall reported.
The Central Asian Badminton Championship was held from July 31 to August 5. The best junior athletes under 15 and 17 from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Iran and Turkmenistan took part in it.
The championship was organized by Badminton Asia (Malaysia).
Competitions were held in the following categories: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mix.
