There are about 50 illegal dumps in Bishkek. Head of Tazalyk municipal enterprise, Ramiz Aliyev, announced on his Facebook page.
According to him, to combat this phenomenon, it is planned to install surveillance cameras and hang banners.
«Illegal dumps are a big problem. The guys are on duty and write out fines,» Ramiz Aliyev wrote.
He believes that cameras and banners will improve the situation. It is necessary to come up with a slogan so that people, after reading this inscription, do not throw garbage.
