The former director of Osh resort, Mamatkarim Koichukulov, hit journalist Ydyrys Isakov several times. Isakov posted a video of the attack on Facebook.
The footage shows the former official demanding Ydyrys Isakov’s ID and then saying that the latter has no right to capture him on video.
The incident occurred during the preparation of a material on the privatization of the property of Osh resort.
