FIFA President Gianni Infantino will visit Kyrgyzstan on May 4-5. Press service of the Kyrgyz Football Union (KFU) reported.
The visit will take place at the invitation of the President of the KFU Mederbek Sydykov. This is Gianni Infantino’s first visit to the country.
He will meet with the President Sadyr Japarov. Their joint participation in the opening of a new administrative office of the KFU is planned, construction of which was carried out under the project of FIFA Forward Programme.
«In the framework of the meetings, parties will discuss issues to support the FIFA initiatives of the Kyrgyz Football Union, in particular, improving the football infrastructure in the country and developing domestic football,» the KFU added.
