The price of vegetable oil on average in the country has decreased by 12.92 soms since the beginning of the year. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
If on December 30, 2022 a liter of vegetable oil cost 179.2 soms, then by March 31, 2023 its price dropped to 166.28 soms. The product most of all fell in price in Bishkek (17.32 soms), Osh (16.49 soms) and Balykchy (13.67 soms). At the same time, there are regions where price of vegetable oil, on the contrary, has increased. These are Toktogul (4.21 soms growth), Kara-Balta (by 0.88 soms) and Batken (by 0.84 soms).
According to the results of March, highest price of vegetable oil was registered in Kara-Suu (191.33 soms), Naryn (187.99 soms) and Batken (184.21 soms), and the lowest — in Balykchy (157.94 soms), Bishkek (160.94 soms) and Razzakov (164.95 soms).
