Students got into a fight in Rauza madrasah in Nookat. The Department of Internal Affairs of Osh region reported.
One of the teenagers, a 12-year-old boy, was hospitalized. He is in intensive care unit in critical condition. It turned out during a check that the madrasah did not have permits. Police officers filed a statement to the State Commission for Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science with a request to close this educational institution.
It also turned out that all the participants in the fight were children from dysfunctional families. Since they are minors, they cannot be prosecuted under the law. The criminal case against the boys was closed. Protocols were drawn up under the article «Evasion of Parental Responsibilities».
Systematic violations can lead to deprivation of parental rights and a fine of 3,000 soms.
