Ismankulov was detained on Friday and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek. In addition, Talant Ryskulbek uulu, head of the Municipal Property Department, was detained.
A criminal case under the article «Corruption» was initiated against the head of the Eye Microsurgery Hospital Almazbek Ismankulov and officials of the Bishkek City Hall.
