Journalist Ydyrys Isakov was interrogated at the Osh city police department as a witness. Press service of the department reported.
According to it, a user under the nickname Albert posted a video titled «Kyrgyz, wake up, the Uyghur mafia is robbing Kyrgyzstan» last week on Tik-Tok. An appeal by Ydyrys Isakov was in the video.
«The journalist was summoned for interrogation; he was asked what kind of Uighur mafia he was talking about. Isakov replied that he did not know the author of the video, and the video itself with his appeal was edited. He doesn’t know what it is about. Ydyrys Isakov was interrogated for an hour,» the department reported.
